We're not just thinking about ourselves
Summer House
This Christmas we organized a fundraiser for the organization Summer House which provides support to families at risk, foster families and children growing up in institutional care. Thanks to the generosity of our staff, we were able to collect many beautiful gifts and fulfill many of their wish lists. We as INVENTI also made a significant contribution. We would like to thank everyone who participated in the collection and helped us to bring children a joyful Christmas.
INVENTI Academy
We support the education of our employees and the general public. We develop the IT skills of newcomers, strengthen the expertise of experts and think about startups. We give our experts the opportunity to share their skills and experience with others to help them grow.
We organize seminars, trainings, meetups and workshops under the banner of INVENTI Academy.
Czechitas
We form partnerships with those who share our passion for education and the development of IT competencies among the public. Since 2018, we have been supporting Czechitas and providing them with facilities for workshops, lectures and training in IT skills. Together, we help people to find employment in the IT sector.
Seňorina
Just as we educate professionals who want to train their brains, we also think about those who already find it difficult. By supporting the Senorina Center, we help people with Alzheimer's to live a joyful and fulfilling life.
ANO, ANO
We support ANO, ANO, a non-profit organization helping handicapped children. We lend a helping hand to those who need and deserve it. Every year we support disadvantaged children and make the Christmas holidays more pleasant for them.
Charta Diverzity
Our philosophy "It's about the people" clearly defines our values and attitudes. We have also declared these in 2019 by signing the Diversity Charter. Our company culture is open and we are committed to a fair, humane and inclusive work environment as well as to social responsibility and sustainability in our business.
Moravia
We were shaken by the tragedy when a tornado swept away several villages in southern Moravia in the spring of 2021. After all, many of us come from Moravia and have family and friends there. We are proud of our INVENTI members who immediately contributed to the collection that was spontaneously created in INVENTI. We doubled the amount they raised.
Promoting entrepreneurship
We are aware that we owe our success to those who prepared and guided us on this journey. We want to help others to fulfill their dreams of a successful business. We are involved in the You Can Do Business and Day for School projects to help young people get started in business.
CODIT Hack for Help
We provide our know-how and background to those who need it. Together with Simona Kijonkova, founder of Zásilkovna, we organized a hackathon to create new technology solutions for non-profits. We invited leading Czech visionaries and entrepreneurs in the field of modern technology to the event so that those who help can help even more effectively.
